Where are photo frame files? |

Install the main program to memory card. The frame files are located in [Memory Card]\private\200008B1\import\pr_frames\ . You can add more photo frames on your own. You will need a _i JPEG and a _m JPEG for each photo frame. Follow the formats in this folder and you should understand. Note we do not provide email customer support on making your own photo frames. Do not send email to us concerning making photo frame details. |

I bought PhotoRite™ SP, how can I get the full version now? |

Just key in the activation key into the free trial version and it will turn into full version. You should receive our email with the activation key in one business day after your purchase. If you didn't receive your activation key, please send us an email at support@PhotoRite.net together with your purchase information and IMEI. |

What is the "Serial No." required for registration of PhotoRite™ SP? |

Can PhotoRite™ SP be used in other mobile phones? |
|
Our software is developed based on the Symbian platform. Currently we only have the Series 60 platform. We will develop the UIQ version for Sony Ericsson P800/P900 in the future. Currently we have only tested our software on Nokia mobile phones. Other Series 60 mobile phones should run the software fine too, but we cannot give any guarantee on that. |

Where do I get an activation key? |

An activation key is needed to unlock the full version of PhotoRite™ SP. Click here to purchase the activation key from our website. Remember to enter the correct handset unique serial number (IMEI, view it by pressing *#06#) when you order. |
