Q: I faced problem in registering PhotoRite FX?
  A: Please check the following:
Please make sure that your computer is connected to internet because the registration process need to connect with the registration server.
Please ensure that your firewall allows PhotoRite FX to connect to Internet (If you can't amend the firewall settings, please contact your system administrator). For example, for Norton Anti-Virus 2005 users, you can allow PhotoRite FX to access Internet by setting Internet Access to Allow All in [Norton Anti-Virus > Internet Security > Personal Firewall > Programs].
Please make sure the PhotoRite S/N is not used before. A S/N number can only be used for one registration. For further inquiries, please contact us at fx_support@zensis.com.
 
Q: After started the software, there is just a task item "PhotoRite FX" in the Windows toolbar. But I cannot see the software window appear. I tried to restart my computer and reinstall the software but with no success. How to make the software window appear?
  A: In such a situation, you have to "Right Click" the task item "PhotoRite FX" in the Windows toolbar. Please choose "Maximize" to make the software window appear again.
 
Q: If I reinstalled the operating system, how can reister my PhotoRite FX again?
  A: If you reinstalled the operating system, please send us an email for activating your S/N again by forwarding the previous PhotoRite FX registration email to our customer service fx_support@zensis.com for vertification. Your old S/N will be activated for registration again in one business day.
 
Q: What are the advantages for PhotoRite FX user to store photo albums in FotoGB.com?
  A: PhotoRite FX links-up with FotoGB.com to allow efficient photo uploading and organizing. User can directly login the FotoGB album account in PhotoRite FX. Photos are resized and optimized in user's computer before uploading. This saves lots of time compared to uploading full size photos.
